When a physical return is necessary to resolve a qualifying issue, we will provide return instructions and cover required return shipping costs.

Personalized Products

Personalized and custom-made products, including products featuring customer-submitted photos, names, or other custom details, are final sale.

However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the customization details submitted with the order, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
